Ebisu and Daikoku are the most adored divinities of Japan. Cities, street, bridges and even train stations are named after them. Daikoku is one of the Seven Gods of Fortune, a mixture of Shinto and Buddhist beliefs. He carries a hammer that "hits out" treasure whenever he swings it, and also a sack full of treasure.
